I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and had a private balcony with a river view, but it lacked amenities like extra blankets, pillows, and even soap was limited. The hotel looked new online but felt old and dilapidated in person.

The service was a mixed bag. On one hand, they were quick to move us to a different room when we had issues with a broken door to the outside porch. However, it was fantastic, and I even had a staff member run to get my car when there was no valet person on duty yet. Despite this, the hot tub, sauna, and steam room were great additions.
